Because our Services may process voice, facial, and likeness-related data, we require users to comply with applicable authorization and consent requirements. You may not upload, submit, or use Creative Content to create synthetic media without proper rights or consent from the individuals involved.
Voice clone compliance: Do not provide voice samples or use Voice generation features to clone, imitate, or synthesize another person's voice unless you have that person's explicit consent or another lawful basis.
Portrait and likeness authorization: Do not upload or generate content containing an identifiable person's likeness unless you have obtained that person's explicit consent or otherwise hold the necessary portrait, publicity, and personality rights.
Prohibition of deepfake abuse: Do not use our Services to create or distribute deceptive, harmful, or non-consensual synthetic media, including deepfakes intended for fraud, impersonation, harassment, political manipulation, misinformation, or exploitation. We may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, or take other action where we reasonably believe these requirements have been violated.
